01IN PRODUCTION

Fractional CTO — AI company intelligence

Technical lead of a platform that reads the news and filings so research teams don't have to — ingestion and enrichment pipelines, hybrid retrieval, and agents that deliver briefings. Running in production with pilot clients.

02THE STUDIO

Mander.

The software you can't buy: fixed-scope production systems, built by one senior engineer directing an orchestrated fleet of AI agents. Every line reviewed. You own the repo.

MANDER.AI ↗

Two years into a law degree, it became obvious where leverage was moving — so I left to build systems instead. The habits stayed: say exactly what you mean, know what you don't know, never ship a claim you can't defend. It turns out that's precisely what working with AI demands.

Anyone can get AI to a demo now. The distance between a demo and a system a business runs on — that's the work.

HOW I WORK
P-01

Straight answers

What it takes to build, what it costs — or that you shouldn't build it. If it's the last one, you'll hear it in the first fifteen minutes.

P-02

Engineer-signed

Agents draft; I read, rewrite, and sign every merge. Tests and review gates on everything. Nothing ships on machine confidence alone.

P-03

You own everything

Your repo, your infrastructure, your keys — from the first commit. If I disappeared tomorrow, it keeps running.

WRITING

Occasional, practical notes on building with agent fleets — what buyers actually ask for, what production discipline looks like when agents write the first draft, and what breaks.

THE OTHER QUESTION

The most common question I get isn't "build this for me" — it's "show me how you're doing it." I'm working on a proper answer. If you want it when it exists — or you'd rather learn it live — say so, and you'll be first to know.
